We are a fully licensed Real Estate School within Illinois, that offers quality, student-centered on-ground (live in person or live webinar), home-study, or online (computer-based reading) real estate classes for real estate brokers, managing brokers, post license and continuing education (CE) throughout the state of Illinois and nationwide online.

LEARNING REAL ESTATE WITH DAVE MCGOWAN
Dave is a highly skilled real estate professional with experience in training and practice. And if you are thinking of starting a career in real estate, he is someone to get you on track to kickstart your career. This visionary man has created an education program and helped it to grow to gain a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and support for its student population.
Besides, he has further coordinated and presented various programs on real estate to groups from 30 to 1000. He is excellent in real estate sales, training, and financial systems. With the effect the pandemic has caused, Dave had to structure his lessons to Zoom meetings, and he plans on creating a podcast series to discuss various concepts that people need to consider when they are planning on building a real estate future for themselves. The intent is to bring in professionals in the various fields of real estate to provide a grassroots plan of action that others could follow in building their own careers. He also hopes to add a zoom snippet in the podcast to get an idea of the class interaction and help students feel comfortable joining the classes.
