Have you ever wanted all of your To Do Lists in one easy-to-use place? If so, you’ve got to check out Todoist!
Todoist boasts an elegant and user-friendly website and app. Want to get tasks out of your head and in a system? Want to stay on schedule by setting due dates? Want to create recurring tasks with due dates? Want everything organized by project? Todoist can do all of that and a lot more.
What does this mean? It means you can have one application with the exact projects in it that you want to have. This means you can have one great resource for both your business and personal projects and tasks. For example, in one glance, you can see your clients you need to call that day, office tasks you want to complete, your daughter’s soccer game time and location, and whatever else applies to you!
The free version is outstanding and highly recommended. Todoist Premium, which is only a little over $30 for the year, opens up a lot more features like task reminders, uploading files, using labels, and more.
Love it or hate it, social media marketing is here to stay. Using your go-to platforms can empower you to boost your visibility, share your personality and keep your business in front of your audience.
Let’s face it. Nobody has time to log in separately to multiple platforms and post. Your time is precious! We cannot create more time, but we can maximize it. Buffer (or similar options like Hootsuite) allow you to post in real time and also schedule posts across multiple platforms ahead of time! This means you can plan, create and schedule your marketing for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram in one sitting… instead of needing to do it daily. You can also schedule your posts to go out during peak times, when they’re more likely to be seen. So, while you’re in meetings and having open houses, you can know that your posts are promoting you while you’re not even on the platforms.
Buffer features both free and premium plans. Their smartphone app and desktop version are shockingly user-friendly and very easy to use.
Leads nowadays expect a lot! It makes sense because we’re living in the day of Netflix on-demand entertainment, Amazon Prime and Prime Now. When leads have questions and want answers, they want those answers fast!
What can you do? Explore using FreshChat! This website and app is a chat bot. You can answer your leads with an instant response and/or start a conversation right then and there. You can also have programmed answers to send to their questions. You can think of FreshChat like Facebook Messenger. You can respond back as easily as responding back to a text message.
Since some leads are hesitant to give out their email or phone number, having a chat creates a simple user-friendly solution.
Currently, FreshChat is free for up to 10 of your team members and $24 to implement “chat bots” that communicate with your leads when you’re not available.
You’re constantly on the go. Are you tracking your mileage? It can be easy to forget, can’t it? This app is both an:
Automatic mileage tracker so you track your deductions

You can easily stay IRS–compliant with accurate logs. You can also download PDF or Excel reports from the app or desktop if you need to do so.
